1. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. You are entitled to request a replacement. Please follow these steps to return a damaged item:

  • Notification: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at pocketclinician@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item(s).

  • Return Process: Once we verify the damage or fault, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. We will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Replacement: Upon receiving the returned item, we will send out a replacement product at no additional cost to you.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

Please note that all sales are final once your order has been shipped. We do not offer refunds after the product has been dispatched, unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit. Therefore, we encourage you to carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
